IdentIA Lab is a Startup Studio focused on creating SaaS products powered by Artificial Intelligence.
We were born as a digital laboratory where creativity, technology, and automation came together to solve real business problems. Over time, we identified repeated patterns across multiple industries: customer service, operational efficiency, internal organization, and scalability.
This observation led us to evolve our business model: we left traditional consulting behind to focus on building our own SaaS products—scalable and accessible—designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs grow with artificial intelligence.
Today, from IdentIA Lab we design, validate, and launch solutions like Agente IdentIA and Sophia, tools created within our laboratory to automate processes, structure businesses, and improve decision-making.
